I’m a father, businessman, community servant and a lifelong student of what it means to lead with strength in every part of life. That includes the physical, the mental, and the spiritual. Like many dads, I found myself constantly giving to others while putting my own health and focus on the back burner.

Eventually, I realized I needed more than just a workout plan. I needed something that would help me move with intention, reconnect with my purpose, and stay consistent in mind, body, and soul.

OH Wellness exists to fill a gap I saw in the fitness industry: a program created for Muslim men, by a Muslim man, who understands the balance between physical performance and spiritual grounding. You shouldn’t have to choose between your values and your goals. You deserve a path that honors both.

That’s what led me to build OH Wellness. It’s a framework built to elevate your energy, your discipline, and your impact, so you can show up fully for the people who rely on you.
